The application brands itself as a "360 fitness app," that provides all-day well-being inspiration, challenges and tips for maintaining a healthy mind and body. adidas calls its short-term practices 'Discoveries,' each of which are rooted in science. For the development of the app, the creators worked with The American College of Sports Medicine to integrate cutting-edge sport science research and insights straight from ACSM’s network.
