The temperatures outside may be dropping, but things are heating up at Baja Fresh with the debut of two tasty new menu items: Fiery West Style Carnitas Burrito and Achiote Carnitas Bowl.
From November 1st through to January 30, 2022, Baja Fresh is serving up the new Fiery West Style Carnitas Burrito and the new Achiote Carnitas Bowl. The former consists of pork carnitas, jack cheese, pinto beans, picy salsa chile de arbol, cilantro, and avocado, all wrapped up in a warm flour tortilla. On the other hand, the new Achiote Carnitas Bowl starts with a base of rice, topped with your choice of black beans or pinto beans, achiote grilled carnitas, onions, poblano peppers, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo salsa, pickled onions, and cotija cheese.
