User-Friendly Glucose Monitoring Apps

The Abbott Libre app is a new tool for consumers with diabetes to use as a way to manage their everyday health and wellness by keeping an eye on their glucose levels alongside additional insights. The app offers compatibility with the FreeStyle Libre 2 and the FreeStyle Libre 3 systems, and will automatically relay data collected to the app where users can analyze the findings or monitor their readings over a longer period of time. The app also provides access to the silent mode when using the FreeStyle Libre 3 systems to silence glucose alarms for up to six-hours, while gradual alarms can be used for discreetly alerting users to high or low glucose readings.
