High-Precision Die Cutters

Plockmatic Group Launches Its ColorCut FB9550 Pro-T Die Cutter

Plockmatic Group introduced the ColorCut FB9550 Pro-T die cutter, a production system designed to process self-adhesive labels and substrates up to 3mm thick. The machine features a five-tool head that supports up to three concurrent operations across packaging, point-of-sale, folder and label applications.

The FB9550 Pro-T supports tangential cutting and creasing, wheel perforating, kiss-cutting, die-cutting and debossing. Its tool slots apply up to 2.5kg of force, while a third slot provides the precision needed for consistent label and sticker cutting. Automated feeding, sheet pre-placement, QR code-based job retrieval and dual-camera rear scanning help streamline mixed and batch production while improving reverse-side processing.

For printers and packaging teams, the machine can reduce manual handling and setup time while supporting short-run and customized jobs. Its multifunction design reflects growing demand for compact finishing equipment that combines precision, automation and material flexibility.
