Collab Cutting Tools

The Herbst Produkt x Slice 15 Collection Marks Fifteen Years of Collaboration

The Herbst Produkt x Slice 15 Collection is a limited-edition release created to mark fifteen years of collaboration between German design studio Herbst Produkt and ceramic-blade manufacturer Slice. The collection consists of two compact cutting tools named Spry and Snapr. Both tools use Slice’s finger-safe ceramic blade technology, which is non-conductive, corrosion-resistant, and designed to be replaceable. Snapr takes the form of a carabiner-style cutter with the blade integrated into the curved body. Spry combines a small cutting edge with additional utility features including a pry tip and flathead screwdriver.

Both tools are produced using forged titanium, selected for strength and reduced weight. The designs prioritize everyday portability, with integrated attachment points for key rings or bags. The 15 Collection reflects the long-running partnership between the two companies, which has resulted in more than forty products developed together over the past decade and a half.
