High-Capacity Protein Manufacturing

SANY Nutrition Group Scales Multi-Category Snack Production

High-capacity protein manufacturing is supporting faster product development as SANY Nutrition Group establishes a new facility in Jonesboro, Arkansas. The company is investing more than $30 million in the site, which has capacity to produce up to 400 million bars and bites annually. Its integrated platform combines consumer insights, formulation, regulatory support, manufacturing, packaging, warehousing and distribution. The facility can produce branded and private-label offerings across protein snacks, sports nutrition, bakery products, frozen plant-based snacks and pet nutrition.

For SANY Nutrition Group, bringing multiple capabilities and product categories under one manufacturing platform could shorten development timelines while allowing production to shift with changing consumer demand. The model also enables retailers and food brands to access customized products without establishing dedicated manufacturing infrastructure. With more than 150 jobs planned over three years, the investment also expands domestic food production capacity while strengthening Jonesboro’s manufacturing economy.
