7-Eleven's 7NOW delivery smartphone app has now been updated to include locations called 7NOW Pins that can be used to receive deliveries in convenient locations. Knowing that consumers are not always at work or at home when they want something delivered, 7-Eleven now gives consumers the ability to have items conveniently come to them at parks, beaches, sports fields and other entertainment venues with non-traditional addresses.
With 7NOW Pins, app users are able to effortlessly place orders for drinks, fresh and hot food, snacks, cosmetics and home goods, as well as alcohol in participating markets.
Just last year, Domino's unveiled an innovation similar to 7-Eleven's 7NOW Pins in the form of Domino's Hotspots that also offer the same level of freedom and flexibility when it comes to out-of-home mobile ordering.
