The intricately designed Spica Virginis pen was made to resemble an ear of grain and gets its name from the brightest star in the constellation Virgo. The immense amount of detail on the pen could only have been created with 3D printing and beyond this, the design of the pen is a standout because it is the first of its kind to feature a 3D-printed nib.
The opulent Spica Virginis is available in both 18k yellow gold and white gold. As is to be expected, a plain titanium version of the pen retails for just under $3,000 while the gold versions cost upwards of $16,000.
