Denim-Lending Shops

After a '1 Night Stand' American Eagle Lets Consumers Keep or Return Jeans

American Eagle recently launched the '1 Night Stand' pop-up shop in London, which featured a return policy of a different kind. The policy is outlined at the front of the shop, stating that consumers can "spend the night" with a pair of jeans by purchasing them and bring them back in the morning with no questions asked.

In order to help people pick out the perfect pair of pants from a choice of six different styles, visitors were paired with a denim matchmaking stylist.

On the launch day of the event, the first 25 Twitter uses who mentioned the pop-up on social media with the #LoveAEOJeans tag and showed the tweet in-store were eligible to receive a pair of the jeans completely for free.

Considering that there are some tough return policies with clothing, this pop-up shop is a dream come true for those who love to fully try before they buy.
