The movement of lending a helping hand to someone in need is growing exponentially and it was only a matter of time before social responsibility made its way to the palm of people's hands.
Many of these smartphone downloads are geared toward donation-based giving and reducing your carbon footprint. Apps to promote using less fuel and monitoring and reducing your energy consumption are helpful tools to be a bit friendlier to the planet. There are also a few on the market listing fair-trade products and sweatshop free clothing to make doing a good deed a little bit easier.
