From waste-reducing reusable coffee pods, to sustainable food printers, the November 2018 kitchen trends reveal the growing demand for products that help consumers make their kitchens more eco-friendly.
When it comes to coffee, consumers have been looking for options that allow them to enjoy the convenience of single serve machines, without the waste that comes from disposable coffee pods. Brand such as Capsulier Lite have responded by coming out with reusable Nespresso pods that can be fully customized with the consumer's grounds of choice.
Beyond coffee machines, the November 2018 kitchen trends reveal that many other kitchen products have been getting an eco-friendly upgrade. For instance, a new biodegradable mixing bowl set called the SustainaBOWL is currently raising funds on Kickstarter. An even more high-tech solution is the Bouchee Capsule Food Printer, which takes mealworm and seaweed capsules, and transforms them into edible meals.
