Implications - Since 2001 when Ricky Gervais' 'The Office' debuted, mockumentaries have taken a new life in Western entertainment. 'The Office,' 'Arrested Development,' and 'Modern Family,' are just a few of the major sitcom franchises that rely on the mockumentary format as the basis of their show. Personally, I can't get enough of them. The concept of real people behaving ridiculously has always appealed to me, and the memorable mockumentaries in this post solidify that. Enjoy.
