21 Edgy Exit Magazine Editorials

From Caped Villain Fashion to Cut Out Bodysuits

These edgy Exit Magazine editorials stem from the vision of founders Stephen Toner and Mark Jugger. The creative duo launched the publication in 2000, bringing a mixture of art, fashion and design to its readership.

Exit Magazine has in the past featured caped villain fashion spreads and images of cut out bodysuits. Many of these productions are often avant-garde and provocative, drawing in fans of the publication who wish to push boundaries. This is in part due to its epic list of photographers, apparent in its upscale collaborations with Juergen Teller, Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin and Terry Richardson. These partnerships preceded its receipt of the Magazine Design Awards' 2002 Consumer Front Cover of the Year.
