It's no surprise that Johannesburg, South Africa was chosen as the site of the Miss World 2008 competition. There have been a number of fashionable and luxurious contributions stemming from this metropolis.
The Miss World 2008 contestants were treated to an African safari, learned to play African drums and cooked traditional Zulu cuisine. For the final day of competition, the Miss World 2008 beauties wore outfits from South African and Jamaican designers.
