Violife Cheddarton is Dairy-Free, Soy-Free, Nut-Free and "Unfeasibly Cheesy"

Violife is adding to its range of award-winning vegan cheese alternatives with Violife Cheddarton, a new product that's said to be its best-ever plant-based cheddar alternative. This new product was created in response to the demand for more mature flavors, all the while rivaling the taste, texture and performance of traditional dairy cheeses.

Violife Cheddarton is described as "unfeasibly cheesy" with a form that can be melted, crumbled, sliced or grated. Notably, this new alternative cheese product is free from the top 14 allergens, including soy and nuts.

Last year, Quantis conducted a life cycle assessment that proved Violife's products to be more sustainable than dairy cheese, generating less than half the carbon emissions and needing only a third the amount of land to produce.
