Skinny Louie, recipient of the 2025 Miami Burger Bash award, has partnered with Swiss burger brand Pretty Patty to introduce an exclusive culinary collaboration—the 'Steak Frites Burger.' Designed as the centerpiece of a limited two-night engagement in New York City, the event marks the conclusion of a three-city tour. The collaboration will be hosted at Skinny Louie NYC NoMad on October 24 and 25, and will continue until sold out.
At the core of this partnership is "an elevated take on the classic burger, combining a smashed beef patty, crispy shoestring fries, and Pretty Patty’s Café de Paris butter, layered on a brioche bun." The result highlights craftsmanship and refinement within an otherwise casual dining format.
To complement the collaboration, a limited collection of Skinny Louie x Pretty Patty merchandise "including T-shirts, totes, caps, and sticker packs," will be offered to the first 100 guests each evening, underscoring the exclusivity and collectible nature of the event.
