Small Beer Blanche Was Created with Sorted Food

The Small Beer Blanche has been created in collaboration with the Small Beer Brew Co. and Sorted Food as a libation created for the modern drinker. The beer is crafted with high-quality ingredients including West Country Wheat, coriander grown in Sussex and Spanish orange peel, which combine to deliver a vibrant, citrusy flavor profile. The beer is positioned as being great for enjoyment with simple dishes like burrata with oranges and toasted coriander seeds, while the 2.5% ABV responds to increasing calls for low to no alcohol products amongst health-conscious drinkers.

Sorted Food Co-Founder Ben Ebbrell spoke on the Small Beer Blanche saying, "The whole process of creating Blanche with the Small Beer team has been an incredible journey. From the very beginning, it’s been about community, working with our Sorted Squad and Small Beer’s Big Thinkers to create something delicious. We loved involving our community, from Brewing Day right through to collecting tasting notes from our squad. They’ve really helped bring this beer to life."
