The product consists of puffed oats that have been formed into crispy cakes that are each naturally high in fiber, gluten-free and low in calories with 37-calories per serving. The snack comes in two flavors including Strawberry and Honey, and are also crafted with all-natural ingredients with no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives in the mix.
