After its fast-casual restaurant debut, Nasoya's new plant-based steak is coming to grocery stores so that home cooks can enjoy a high-quality meatless product. Nasoya's Plantspired Steak features steak-like soy protein strips that are marinated then charcoal-grilled over an open flame. The Korean BBQ flavor boasts a sweet, savory and smoky bulgogi flavor that can be enjoyed on its own or as a companion to rice, salad, veggies, noodles, soup and many more dishes. With 14 grams of plant-based protein per serving, the meatless steak adds interest and nutritional value to meals.

This new product from Nasoya is being sampled at Natural Products Expo West and the booth features a modified food truck from Yo-Kai Express, known for serving gourmet food autonomously and on-demand.
