Panago Pizza, one of the largest pizza chains in Canada. is introducing plant-based beef pizzas with Wamame Foods' Waygu teriyaki beef strips. The plant-based Sukiyaki Style strips can be enjoyed on the Kansas BBQ and Korean-Style BBQ at Panago.

While the Kansas BBQ pairs the plant-based Waygu beef alternative with Kansas BBQ sauce, jalapeños, caramelized onions, fire-roasted corn, mozzarella and cheddar, the Korean-Style BBQ offers a taste of the beef alternative with spicy Sriracha Ranch sauce, cabbage, jalapeños, caramelized onions, green onions and mozzarella. Both of these pizzas can be made fully vegan by substituting the cheese for a dairy-free alternative from Daiya.
