Paperlux Studio and Leuchtturm1917 Join Forces in New Pen Design

Paperlux Studio has collaborated with stationery experts Leuchtturm1917 to create an elevated ballpoint pen.

Made from aluminum and brass, this new writing device speaks to Paperlux Studio's 'Drehgriffel Nr. 1' pen, which was designed back in the 1920s. This modern-day rendition of the Drehgriffel Nr. 1 pen has been nominated for a 2021 Dezeen Award and boasts an elevated and smooth writing experience. The pen is made with milled aluminum and is built with a spring-loaded twisting mechanism that allows for easy extension of the nib.

The pen is lightweight and has a hexagonal barrel which makes for a comfortable grip. The pen is finished with a lacquered top to ensure it is long-lasting. The Drehgriffel pen comes in seven vibrant colors and is the perfect writing device for any workspace.
