Man Cereal is the World’s First Creatine Cereal

High-protein breakfast cereals are in demand as more people look for a nutritious start to their day that also brings the familiar comfort of a nostalgic morning meal, and this fall, Man Cereal is debuting as the world's first creatine cereal.

On LinkedIn, co-founder and CEO Dejan Rankovic shared, "Cereal is a monster category, but most men have left it in the past. Nothing out there feels made for them—nutritionally or culturally—and it’s just not worth the calories. This breakfast cereal is out to change this with 2.5 grams of creatine monohydrate, between 15 to 16 grams of protein and five grams of carbs per serving.

Notably, Man Cereal uses whey protein isolate instead of concentrate as its primary protein source, and it's launching in three craveable flavors.
