The Azzip Pizza Shell Yeah! lobster roll pizza has been added to the brand's menu as its Pizza Of The Month that will satisfy seafood cravings this summer.
The pizza starts off with the brand's Detroit-style Square Zip crust that's topped with Maine lobster along with mozzarella, Old Bay Butter Sauce, lemon pepper, Ruffles potato chips and chives with a Warm Drawn Butter on the side for dipping. Priced at $15.95, the pizza maintains an indulgent, hybrid recipe that's expected to catch the attention of diners on the hunt for something unexpected but also affordable.
Chef Blake Kollker commented on the Azzip Pizza Shell Yeah! lobster roll pizza saying, "I’m really excited to showcase a premium product like lobster at an approachable price in a Fast Casual setting! Enjoying a fresh lobster roll on the beach is one of the best parts of summer and I am proud that we are stepping up and offering that to people in the mid-west that may not be able to get to the coast."
