The Darnley’s Elderflower Gin Spritz is the brand's new ready-to-drink (RTD) alcohol product that leverages the distillery's elderflower gin to offer consumers in the UK with a specialty way to elevate their entertaining occasions this summer.
The canned spritz is limited to 4,000 cans and features a light, botanical profile that's perfect for casual enjoyment in the heat and features a 7% ABV. The drink builds on the popularity of the spritz-style cocktail with nots of Sicilian lemon and mint throughout to work well as a convenient option to serve at barbecues or even consume at picnics.
Co-Founder of Wemyss Family Spirits William Wemyss spoke on the Darnley’s Elderflower Gin Spritz saying, "People are becoming much more intentional about what they drink. They want quality and flavour, but they also want serves that fit naturally into the moment rather than turning every occasion into a production. A spritz does exactly that. This is light, crisp and easy to serve, but it still carries the botanical character and provenance people expect from our gin."
