Fettle’s Cicchetti Piccadilly Melds Venetian Warmth and Theatrics

Fettle’s Cicchetti Piccadilly melds Venetian warmth and theatrical design in a newly relocated 7,520 sq ft two-storey space in central London. Inspired by Venetian sunsets and the floating lantern ambiance of water taxis, the interior uses bold colour blocking—fiery yellows, pink mosaics, and scalloped furniture, alongside soffit-ed Murano chandeliers, beveled-mirror ceilings, and verre églomisé mural panels, all creating a vibrant, theatrical atmosphere.

The long bar, clad in warm timber and red‑pink tiles, stretches into the main dining hall, hosting 148 covers plus a private room for 20. Venetian‑inspired marble flooring, brass accents, and lush planting round out the immersive setting. Cicchetti continues its tradition of Venetian-style small plates (cicchetti), serving generous, flavourful dishes—from tempura prawns to truffle ravioli—in an environment designed as social theatre.

The venue blends casual dining with refined hospitality and shows how thoughtful interior design can elevate everyday moments into multi-sensory, communal experiences centered around food and atmosphere
