Banza & Oath Pizza are Offering a New Kind of Pizza Crust for the First Time

Banza and Oath Pizza have joined forces to offer pizza lovers an alternative to Oath's previous cauliflower and gluten- free crusts with all-new plant-based and gluten-free chickpea pizza crusts. This partnership follows Banza launching its first-to-market frozen chickpea pizza at grocery stores just seven months ago. As Mike Tarullo, Chief Operating Officer at Banza, describes "Since we launched our pizza in grocery, we've found that 50% of people who are buying it are brand new to frozen pizza. We're thrilled that Oath is bringing our chickpea pizza crust to restaurants for the first time."

The crispy chickpea pizza crusts are being introduced to Oath's locations across New York, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Virginia. The new pizza option is both vegan and free from gluten, which comes highly requested by consumers.
