Tim Hortons' Canadiana Donut Menu shares a sampling of some of the most iconic foods from across Canada. While Atlantic Lobster Éclair was inspired by an East Coast classic, the Ketchup Chip Cruller reinvents an exclusive Canadian snack, and the Poutine Donut matches a yeast ring donut with savory gravy fondant, fries, and cheese curds.
"We've heard feedback from guests suggesting they'd love to be able to order a savory donut, something that has the deliciousness of one of our iconic donuts but with a flavor profile that would be perfect for their salty cravings," shared Chef Tallis Voakes, Director of Culinary Innovation for Tim Hortons, in a press release.
Unfortunately for genuine fans of Atlantic lobster, ketchup chips, and poutine, these donuts dreamed up for April Fool's Day won't be added to Tim Hortons' menu.
