Bio-Alloy Jackets

Earthletica & Modern Meadow Developed the Bronte Jacket

Sustainable activewear brand Earthletica teamed up with bio-material maker Modern Meadow to develop a first-of-its-kind lightweight Bronte Jacket crafted from 100% recycled nylon and coated with a Bio-Alloy Shield. Named after Earthletica co-founder, competitive swimmer and Olympic Gold Medalist Bronte Campbell, the Bronte Jacket features a breathable and waterproof membrane free from PFAS/PFC and solvents.

PFAS are commonly found in consumer products for their oil-, stain- and water-repellent properties and the Bio-Alloy Shield delivers the breathable, waterproof features active individuals need to stay comfortable and protected outdoors.

The innovative outerwear design also integrates a tape-free Airystring Zipper that can be reused in any piece of clothing, and it is lightweight and packable enough to fit in a pocket.
