Nanamica introduces its second range of designs that are made with Brewed Protein fibers, which are an innovative structural protein material known to be a solution to various environmental risks. This design project works to bring awareness of the abundance of the earth and humans resonating and living in a utopic harmony. The team created highly functional clothing using the progressive material as it is a plant-derived raw source collection from microbial fermentation.
The garment is dubbed 'Utopian Uniform' to express its efforts in building this societal future and exploring technologies to the ideal notion. The Cruiser jacket has been updated with Brewed Protein with details including a removable hood, a double-layered patch and flap pocket, a zippered chest pocket, an inner pocket with a zipped enclosure, and a hem adjuster.
