The Scotch whisky producer Glenfiddich is boldly standing out in the market with its award-winning single malts. Most recently, the company received multiple awards at the 2025 International Wine & Spirit Competition, including the highest distinction of Gold Outstanding for two of its aged expressions. The recognitions were granted for a newly released 31-year-old single malt finished in Bordeaux red wine casks and a 30-year-old expression from its Time Series. Two other whiskies, a 21-year-old rum cask-finished variant and a 15-year-old expression matured using a solera system, were awarded Gold medals.
Following the announcement of the award-winning single malts, Jamie Johnson, National Brand Ambassador for Glenfiddich in Canada, commented: "From pioneering techniques to crafting rare, collectable masterpieces, Glenfiddich continues to push the boundaries of what single malt whisky can be. It is within the world of Glenfiddich that a century of innovation and tradition meet, inspiring us to create expressions that stand apart and continue to earn recognition year after year."
