Toyota Launched the 2022 'Sienta' with New Features in the Japanese Market

Toyota launched the 2022 Sienta, a feature-packed smart van, in the Japanese market. The van's cabin houses a number of subtle features such as USB-C ports wired into the back of each seat, mounts on each armrest for holding bags and packages, and cupholders that recess into the edges of the cabin.

The 2022 Toyota Sienta "evokes a sense of attachment has been pursued, with iconic, simple, and unified door pockets, cup holders, and registers," according to Toyota. Each of these elements, such as the cup holders, are described with pictograms on the frame, such as a small abstract picture of a cupholder, rather than simple lettering.

The Sienta is available in both ICE and hybrid drivetrain models, with the ICE version retailing for $14,305 USD and the hybrid costing $22,800 USD.
