Orange Me is an ad campaign from Orange cellular in Europe focused on it’s pay-per use subscription service, which promotes the fact that users only pay for the cell service they actually use.
This commercial is one of three in the Orange Me campaign as well as a piece of Orange’s broader flurry of television ads released in the last few months. This ad starts like many of Orange’s ads, by setting the commercial in a place that doesn’t seem suitable for a cell phone ad. In this commercial, the lead woman walks into a carpet store, takes off her shoes and starts walking from carpet to carpet testing the softness. Once she chooses the softest carpet, she cuts out a half circle and buys only that piece.
