While there are many ways to recruit talented people, advertising agency Mortierbrigade has devised one of the most creative ways to do so by turning the house next to its agency into the Mortierbrigade Hotel.
New creative interns will call the Motierbrigade Hotel their home, starting with the hotel's ground floor, called Tent for Two. Here, there are sleeping bags and a shower that doesn't work all the time, but if they impress management, they'll get to move up to the second floor, which is called Cabin in the Woods and features more comfortable accommodations comprising wooden floors and furnishings. Finally, if the creative interns do well, they will get to stay in the Motierbrigade Hotel's Royal Suite on the third and top floor. These successful interns will also get the chance to be hired onto the Mortierbrigade team.
This is certainly an interesting way to ensure you hire the best -- or at least, the most low maintenance -- individuals.
