Design studio Faure & Miniau Agency completes the Les Greniers de Babel house located in Igornay, France after two years. It was originally an old barn and has now been transformed into a modern vacation house as the clients enlisted the studio to create a space that will accommodate their family when they come on vacation.
The project started off by repairing and restructuring the framework, which consisted of removing floors, interior walls, and floorboards. The team then installed windows to the front of the wall in order to invite more natural light to the interior space and overlooks a park nearby. The interiors are full of blue and green shades for a playful aesthetic complemented by light wood details.
