Cartoons have come a long way since Walt Disney first introduced the world to Mickey Mouse. With today’s advanced graphic design programs, it’s really quite remarkable what’s possible in terms of animation.
For decades, animations, and even the first computer graphics, were designed to entertain, but now tremendous advances have turned them into mediums which engage, allowing people to manipulate images such as in virtual worlds like Second Life or Lively, Google’s new 3D interaction platform.
