Avril Lavigne to Become Manga Cartoon

Lavigne will be the character in the new manga called “Make5wishes”. This is the collaboration between Del Rey Manga and Lavigne to publish the first original-English language manga in US.

The story of “Make 5 wishes” is about an unpopular girl named Hana who spends a lot of time on the internet. She finds a website called Make5wishes.com. After she makes wishes, the wishes lead her to a demon. Hana meets Lavinge who helps her conquer her own personal demon. “Make5wishes” will be published the first volume on April 10, 2007 before Lavigne’s new album which will be released on April 17, 2007.
