'Forgotify' is a site that was put together in response to the fact that over four million songs have never even been played once on Spotify, which is just about 20% of its songs.
So, Forgotify was created by Lane Jordan, J Hausmann and Nate Gagnon to increase the love for some of the most neglected tracks on Spotify. The site is quite simple and brings up one randomly-chosen song at a time through a Spotify widget. From there, users can either listen to the song, skip to another unheard to song by clicking "next" or share the track, which will hopefully give the song more exposure and get it out there to more ears in the world.
