A lot of the time, this means delivering something highly personal to customers, as seen in the TD Bank Automatic Thanking Machines, Groupon's #GrouponSelfie, or the heartfelt Cover Greetings that were placed on the headrests of people flying with KLM.

A more unusual example of a company looking out for the overall wellbeing of its customers includes Taxi Stockholm, now offering therapy sessions in the back of its cabs. One example of consumer care that takes the cake is KLM's Happy to Help campaign, which reached out to all travelers on social media in need of aid, whether they were flying with its airline or not.
