Valentino Created Digital Fashion Looks for Meta Avatars

In a release, Valentino described that it is taking "a step forward toward commerce in the metaverse" and in doing so, the luxury brand is creating digital fashion looks for Meta's avatars. Now, social media users across Instagram, Facebook, Messenger and Meta VR experiences can stylishly outfit their virtual personas in branded looks that take after designs from the newest Valentino collections.

In all, there are six branded looks, including designs with panther print, the brand's recognizable bright pink and Toile Iconographe. Soon, social media users can look forward to a second drop from the brand so that their avatars can be outfitted with even more fresh fashion styles.

With digital fashion, luxury labels are reaching a new generation of fashion fans and collectors.
