Social networking has swiftly shifted to be a much more visual environment with images and video taking center stage, so the 'Lifeslice' collaborative video app enables social video creation to help tell a story.

'Lifeslice' works by enabling users to create a story, add a video in, do some fun edits and invite friends to take part in the process too. This enables users to each contribute their own footage to the video to create a cohesive video that's great for sharing online through social networking sites.

Currently in private beta testing, the 'Lifeslice' collaborative video app is aimed at a public launch for December. The app identifies how online media is adapting to new methods of content creation by highlighting a more collaborative effort.
