These iced coffee innovations provide loads of inspiration around various takes on everyone's favorite summer drink. With almost every culture having their own interpretation on how to brew and serve iced coffee, there is countless inspiration in terms of additives, flavoring and sweeteners to go around.

While some iced coffees are brewed hot, cooled down and then served cold over ice, there are also many instances of cold brewed coffee being served over ice as well, the main difference between the two brewing methods being a varying taste.

A large part of the iced coffee movement are the offerings from quick service restaurants and cafes in the form of syrup-sweetened coffee served over ice. In several countries such as Australia and Chile, iced coffee is served over ice and ice cream.
