David Carradine, the man who brought the martial arts style of Kung Fu into millions of homes on television (and singlehandedly launched thousands of strip mall Kung Fu parlors) is dead. Kung Fu has permeated North America almost as completely as Hello Kitty. 

David Carradine was also a great villain in the “Kill Bill” movies. He was 72. In David Carradine’s honor, we present 15 Kung Fu innovations that are likely inspired by the martial arts pro.
