There are many yoga classes geared to unwind the tension that comes with working in an office or running, but Yoga Manchester leads one class that's catered to an entirely different type—Yoga for Cyclists.
The class is meant for bike riders of all levels, including everyone from commuters to professional racers. The focus of the yoga class puts a particular emphasis on physical issues that tend to plague people who ride a bicycle, with a series that is meant to build strength where it is needed most and stretch out areas of tightness.
Although the studio already has a style of class that's suited for athletes, it responded to many of its cyclist students wishes to have an even more niche kind of fitness class.
