Fusion Cuisine Football Menus

The YO! It’s Game Time Menu Features Remixed Dishes for Fans

The YO! It’s Game Time menu has been announced by the Asian fusion restaurant brand as a series of dishes that celebrate the 2026 FIFA World Cup by tapping into host country cuisines.

The menu takes fusion cuisine to a whole new level by giving Japanese dishes an update with Mexican, American and Canadian flavors. This includes the Chicken Katsu Sandwich, Poutine Fries, Katsu Dog, Salmon Ceviche, Nacho Roll, Philly Roll, Mex Roll, the Mississippi Mud Cake and more. The menu is a limited time offering on now at participating locations.

Marketing Director Samantha Kemp commented on the YO! It’s Game Time menu saying, "With a huge Summer of football ahead, we know that people will be looking for exciting food options wherever they’re watching the action. That’s why YO! decided to go all in this year, launching the new It’s Game Time menu in all restaurants and kiosks nationwide."
