The Saikyo Grilled Spanish Mackerel Alfredo Style Pizza takes on a Kyoto inspiration with white miso-marinated grilled fish with a buttery Alfredo sauce and mizuna Japanese mustard greens. The Doro Sauce BBQ Spaghetti rounds out the savory menu offerings with a more umami flavor that fuses together multiple cuisines

The Matcha & Strawberry Dessert Pizza is last on the Shakey’s Japan Tour 2026 Kansai menu as a sweet treat that has a butter anko sauce, soft pieces of gyuhi mochi, strawberry pieces, matcha power and cinnamon.
