Air Canada Vacations Celebrates 50 Years with a Huge Worldwide Sale

Air Canada Vacations is celebrating its 50th anniversary with a two-week worldwide sale, offering discounted vacation packages to various destinations. This promotion is part of a series of initiatives planned throughout the year.

Founded in the mid-1970s as Venturex, the company initially offered travel experiences such as "Skifaris, motor holidays, rail journeys, flights, and hotels; it rebranded as Touram in the 1980s, expanding to over 40 destinations across North and South America and partnering with 30 cruise lines." In 1990, it became Air Canada Vacations to reflect its growing portfolio.

Today, Air Canada Vacations partners with "over 600 resorts across 60 sun destinations and offers 350+ tours across multiple continents." The sale runs through February 23, 2025, with savings on 50,000+ packages for departures through December 18, 2025. All packages include a checked bag and carry-on. Meanwhile, Aeroplan® Members earn points and bonuses on select trips.
