Massive Record-Breaking Pizzas

Pizza Hut & Airrack Broke the Record for the World's Largest Pizza

To celebrate the return of Pizza Hut's iconic fan-favorite pizza, 'The Big New Yorker,' the brand teamed up with creator and YouTube star Airrack to break the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS title for the World's Largest Pizza.

Earlier this month, Pizza Hut announced that The Big New Yorker pizza would be returning to the brand's menu for a limited time on February 1, 2023. The Big New Yorker is an XL 16-inch New York-style pizza from the 1990s that features a crispy crust and six oversized, foldable slices.

To celebrate the return of this iconic pizza, Pizza Hut got together with Airrack on January 18 in Los Angeles, California to break the record for the World's Largest Pizza. This massive pizza featured the Big New Yorker pizza recipe and spanned nearly 14,000 square feet. After breaking the record, the pizza was donated to several charities in Los Angeles.
