The World Christmas Tree is a virtual global Christmas project made up of avatars and was started by David Drygin in the hopes of bringing 10 million people from around the world, together on the internet.
There are a little over 181,000 places left on the tree and joining is very easy. All you have to do is pick a spot, upload your picture and you will become part of this World Christmas Tree. You can also send virtual presents, leave comments and vote for your favorite people.
On Christmas Eve, the 4,000 most popular participants will be moved up into the VIP zone, located between 4.9 and 5th mile. I grabbed my spot on the World Christmas Tree! Come join me and 9.9 million others--or just send me gifts!
