Windset Farms Debuts a Bold Orange-Colored Tropical Mini Pepper

Windset Farms Introduces SONATA™ Tropical Mini Peppers, a new pepper variety with a bold orange color and bright, warm flavor profile. The peppers may be stuffed and roasted, added to charcuterie boards, or placed in snack assortments. Tatayoyo's tropical flavor offers a twist on the familiar micro pepper eating experience, with only a few seeds and a medium size profile. Customers will appreciate a sweet crunch at first, followed by aromas of fruit and fragrant herbs.

Retailers will have access to merchandising opportunities from the grower-shipper to assist in introducing the peppers, including eye-catching display bins and in-store sampling. Starting at the end of March, the SONATA™ Tropical Tiny Peppers will be available in select retailers.
