Steak ‘n Shake Just Debuted the New White Truffle Double Steakburger

It seems that truffles are making a bit of a comeback on fast food menus with the debut of Steak ‘n Shake's new White Truffle Double Steakburger.

The new White Truffle Double Steakburger is an elevated take on Steak ‘n Shake's classic Steakburger. The hefty new dish consists of two 100 percent beef patties, topped with Swiss cheese, caramelized onions, grilled mushrooms, and truffle aioli sauce on a toasted knotted bun. The creamy truffle aioli is also used on the new White Truffle Prime Steakburger, which features a gourmet beef patty made from a blend of brisket and chuck.

With the addition of truffle aioli, Steak ‘n Shake is making an effort to offer consumers more expensive and unusual ingredients that take classic dishes to the next level.
